The VaHGA Hickory Heater will be contested Saturday July 26th at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club in Ruther Glen Virginia. Format will be stroke play. Low Gross winner will capture the Hickory Heater Trophy and first place medal, and low net winner (using hickory handicap) will receive the Low Net Medal. There will be additional prizes as well. Tee times will be from 11 am to 12 PM. The address to the course is 22490 Penola Rd Ruther Glen, VA 22546. Tee positions are:
54 and under White tees
55 – 70 – Yellow tees
70+ – Red tees
